Requirements
- 7+ years building services and products
- 5+ years applying ML to real-life problems
- 3+ years leading teams
- Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Python, SQL
- Experience delivering scalable ML systems in production
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the AI Foundations team, providing technical direction and strategic vision
- Drive development of AdTech-specific ML models and foundational AI capabilities
- Optimize existing models for performance, efficiency, and scalability
