💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store and support the team during high volume periods. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales and assist with inventory management and cash handling. This role also involves training new employees on store procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and inform them of products and services
• Assist with inventory management tasks and restocking
• Process cash transactions and handle opening/closing tills
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
