Description

You will support loan officers in managing the loan origination process, including gathering borrower information, preparing loan files, reviewing credit and income documents, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will also handle communication with borrowers and realtors, track documents in Encompass and Salesforce, and work with Mortgage Loan Originators to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Two years of professional office experience
• One year of mortgage or banking industry experience
• NMLS License Required
• General knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA guidelines
• Proficient in Google docs and Encompass LOS system

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze customer credit, review income and asset documents
• Run DU, stack and submit files, request and clear underwriting conditions
• Communicate with borrowers and realtors as primary contact
• Take application information over the phone and schedule appointments
• Track all requested documents in Encompass and/or Salesforce within 24 hours
