🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise applicants on land use procedures and permit filings
• Manage complex planning applications and determine CEQA review level
• Conduct site inspections and field investigations
• Prepare reports, ordinances, and public hearing materials

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of planning experience in public or private sector
• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, or related
• Valid Class C California driver's license with satisfactory record
