You'll lead Meta Ads strategy for a social discovery product targeting users 45+. You'll build the paid traffic infrastructure from scratch and find unit economics with product marketing and creative teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up infrastructure for Meta paid traffic (web2web and web2app)
• Launch first Meta Ads traffic and find unit economics
• Build system for continuous marketing hypothesis testing
• Mentor the User Acquisition team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Meta Ads experience in B2C SaaS products
• Managing ad budgets of $500,000+/month
• Data-driven approach with hypothesis validation
• English Intermediate (B1+)

• Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• People management experience
