Description

You will own complex subsystems end-to-end, act as an architectural voice, and help raise the engineers around you. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to solve hard manufacturing problems that enable scalable wire harness production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience owning complex, ambiguous work end-to-end
• Systems-level thinker with strong design tradeoff judgment and mentorship instinct
• Full-stack comfort across backend, frontend, and data layers
• Clear communicator who surfaces blockers and risks early
• High ownership and follows through on commitments

Responsibilities

• Own complex subsystems end-to-end from architecture to delivery and long-term stability
• Act as second architectural voice, evaluating tradeoffs and identifying right tools
• Spot cross-scope patterns and drive improvements proactively
• Unblock and level up teammates through pairing, code review, and mentorship
• Participate in on-call rotation
