💼 About This Role

You'll ensure compliance with MiFID II regulations across all investment offerings, supporting the Compliance department in risk management and advisory. You'll monitor regulatory changes and contribute to the regulatory strategy for a growing fintech company. This role offers the chance to shape compliance in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for investment products
• Advise management on regulatory changes and business impacts
• Draft and update compliance policies and reports

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution
• Hands-on exposure to MiFID II compliance framework
• Knowledge of European regulations including MiFID II and Luxembourg laws
• Fluent in English
