🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee execution of facility operations and delivery processes for your shift
• Improve key metrics including staffing levels and shift performance
• Train Operations Associates on standard processes and process changes
• Monitor HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, military, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience leading teams
• Experience with conflict resolution and process management
