Description

You will lead the design and development of cutting-edge avionics systems for UAVs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance electrical systems from concept to delivery. This role combines hands-on circuit design and PCB layout with technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years electrical engineering experience with avionics or UAV systems
• Experience leading technical projects or small teams
• Strong analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, and avionics knowledge
• Ability to manage technical aspects of projects from concept to delivery
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical systems for avionics modules and UAVs
• Hands-on circuit design, PCB layout, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical engineering teams
• Mentor junior engineers
• Oversee system testing and validation
