💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-tech nursing care to clients transitioning from hospital to home in the Richmond area. You'll work as part of a team-based HICU® Health Services team, providing one-on-one care and training to families. This role offers flexible full-time shifts and a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver intensive care nursing to clients in their homes
• Train family members and ongoing care team
• Provide one-on-one patient care during initial weeks
• Collaborate with hospital care team as extension

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Virginia
• At least one year of verifiable RN experience
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with adult trach/vent clients
• Demonstrated competence in lab-based vent care
