You'll lead deep learning-based ETA prediction systems and collaborate with partners to deliver data science solutions for delivery optimization. You will directly impact the customer experience at Gopuff, a high-growth instant e-commerce startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and operate deep learning-based ETA prediction systems end-to-end
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering partners to deliver data science solutions
• Identify opportunities for ML, optimization, and causal inference to improve customer experience
• Build robust and replicable data science models and measure impact via experimentation

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years experience in delivery/logistics or 8+ years in data science
• Expert in machine learning, statistics, and experimentation
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and source control tools
