Description

As a Production Engineer at Rangeview, you'll take ownership of production processes to create one of the most advanced aerospace foundries in the world. You'll develop, qualify, and implement automation solutions, reviewing designs for producibility and optimizing workflows to scale from low-rate initial production to volume production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience in investment casting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization
• Experience analyzing technical data to make informed decisions
• Competent with CAD software

Responsibilities

• Review designs for producibility and transition hardware from low-rate initial production to volume production
• Research, design, modify, and test production methods and equipment
• Improve production efficiency by analyzing workflows and optimizing equipment throughput
• Establish quality standards and implement rate production validation processes
• Analyze process trends to propose solutions for future throughput/cost targets
