💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day financial operations for a roster of music industry clients at a full-service CPA firm. You'll serve as the primary client contact, overseeing bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, and tour accounting. This role is in-person 5 days a week in Los Angeles, working closely with managers and partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for assigned clients
• Review bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable (bill pay & invoicing)
• Prepare and review payroll reports and commissions schedules

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in business management or accounting
• In-person 5 days a week (non-remote)
• Proficiency with AgilLink and QuickBooks Desktop or Online
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
