💼 About This Role

You'll manage the complete lifecycle of certification exams for Cato's global training program, ensuring alignment with product releases and business strategy. You'll build a world-class program that drives product adoption and validates customer skills. This role offers a chance to shape the certification strategy for a rapidly growing SASE market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end exam lifecycle including JTA, blueprint, item creation, beta testing, and maintenance
• Coordinate and facilitate JTA and item writing workshops and beta exam sessions
• Establish psychometric and quality standards using industry best practices
• Own day-to-day operations of certification program including process documentation
• Manage systems and tools like exam delivery, proctoring, LMS, and digital badging

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of certification or training program management experience
• Experience with exam delivery platforms, LMS, and digital badging systems
• 3+ years in a project management role
• Strong understanding of exam lifecycle including JTA and psychometrics
