Description

You will analyze new credit requests, make loan servicing decisions, and perform essential credit duties for large, complex loans. Your work will support agriculture and rural communities through financial analysis, underwriting, and collaboration with relationship managers.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis and underwriting of complex loans
• Ability to make credit decisions within delegated authority
• Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Knowledge of credit administration and risk management
• Mentoring skills for training team members

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial documentation for formal and informal lending requests
• Approve or deny loans within delegated authority and establish terms to manage risk
• Construct credit narratives for internal and external review
• Work with Relationship Managers to structure new and existing loans
• Monitor client performance and develop servicing plans
