💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain backend integrations for internal and external products, handling high-volume event processing via RD Station's APIs. Your work will ensure scalable and robust solutions for a multidisciplinar team of 4-6 engineers. This role stands out for its focus on high-scale event processing and Kanban methodology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable backend integrations for internal and external products
• Ensure high availability and performance of APIs processing large event volumes
• Collaborate on system architecture evolution applying best practices
• Implement automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with languages and frameworks used at RD Station
• Knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID, OOP, and Design Patterns
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and high-scale event processing
• Ability to work with agile methodologies, especially Kanban

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-volume systems and real-time event processing
• Knowledge of messaging and event queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
