Description

You will lead the design and implementation of all web surfaces at Hex, including the website and documentation site, using front-end technologies like React/Next.js. You'll own experiences from concept through production, collaborate with marketers and engineers, and help shape the design team's culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years in web/visual/UI design with world-class portfolio
• Strong across UX, layout, visual design, and typography
• Experience designing marketing surfaces for B2B or product-led companies
• Fluent in HTML, CSS, React/Next.js with ability to ship production code
• Sharp eye for visual consistency, motion, and micro-interactions

Responsibilities

• Lead design and experience for all web surfaces (website, docs, future surfaces)
• Design and implement production-ready front-end code (React/Next.js, CSS)
• Own launch assets alongside marketing for major product moments
• Establish and maintain visual quality and consistency across web experiences
• Drive long-term web roadmap focusing on performance, clarity, and storytelling
