💼 About This Role

You'll strengthen a central tender and calculation team involved in complex construction and infrastructure projects in Belgium. You'll contribute to the technical and financial preparation of bids with a focus on MEP installations and multidisciplinary coordination. You'll be involved from the initial analysis to the final submission of the offer, helping to develop competitive and technically sound proposals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform technical study and coordination of MEP aspects during bidding
• Analyze specifications, plans, and contract documents for MEP installations
• Request and compare price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost estimates using execution methods, installations, and databases

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electromechanics
• At least 5 years experience as MEP Tender Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP installations and construction methods
• Experience with complex projects in a multidisciplinary context
