You'll join a founding go-to-market team scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program nationally, building relationships with referral partners in SUD settings. Your core impact will be educating partners on our comprehensive treatment programs and identifying barriers to care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week
• Collect partner feedback to refine messaging and execution

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Must be based in Milwaukee, WI
• Willingness to travel extensively around Milwaukee area
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
