💼 About This Role

You'll lead pastry and baking classes at Sur La Table, teaching customers advanced pastry techniques in a hands-on in-store environment. You'll drive sales of bakeware and decorating tools while creating memorable educational experiences that inspire repeat visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on pastry and baking classes following provided recipes
• Drive sales by promoting retail items used in classes
• Set up and break down classes including mise en place and cleaning
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience
• Valid Food Manager Certification
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
