You'll support test, validation, and prototyping for Energy Storage Systems across the development lifecycle. You'll execute lab and field tests, assemble fixtures, and collect data to improve product quality and yield. This role blends hands-on testing with engineering support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute lab and field tests on battery systems and components.
• Build and assemble test fixtures, prototypes, and instrumentation.
• Collect, organize, and archive test data for engineering review.
• Support NPI builds, pilot runs, and process documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 1-3+ years hands-on experience in technical testing or system validation.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand tools and test equipment.
• Experience with test setup and data collection.
