📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience with a strong preference for coffee, food, and beverage.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading a team of 10+ people.
• Completed or willing to complete Blue Bottle's Barista Essentials training within 90 days.
• Existing or obtain within 30 days a Food Safety Certification for your state.
