Description

You will lead a team in scaling advanced manufacturing for Starlink satellites, solar cells, and semiconductors. You'll oversee production operations, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement to ensure mission success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline
• 3+ years of production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Experience in chemical manufacturing processes (electroplating, etching, deposition, etc.)
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work in cleanroom/industrial environments

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of supervisors, technicians, and associates on multi-shift schedule
• Ensure strong safety focus and maintain excellent safety record
• Build talent pipeline: recruit, onboard, and develop leaders and ICs
• Define and enforce operational standards with strict accountability
• Drive continuous improvement via metrics (yield, OEE, throughput)
