You'll advance humanoid manipulation research by designing and evaluating strategies for diverse tasks. You'll build systems that bridge research and deployment, translating concepts into robust, field-relevant robotic systems. This internship emphasizes translating research into practical systems while contributing to longer-term efforts around embodiment-agnostic robotics foundation models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evaluate manipulation strategies for humanoid robots
• Develop experimental setups and tooling for data collection
• Support data collection pipelines for robotics foundation models
• Collaborate with hardware teams on integration and bring-up

📋 Requirements

• Current PhD student in Robotics or related field
• Research experience in robotic manipulation or loco-manipulation
• Strong foundation in robot kinematics, dynamics, and control
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ with robotics or ML tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with humanoid robots or dexterous hands
• Background in imitation learning or reinforcement learning
• Experience with ROS or ROS 2
