💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high-volume periods, and support new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales. This role offers a team-oriented environment with opportunities to train new staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and inform them of products and services
• Open and close the store and assist during high volume
• Process cash transactions and maintain cash handling accuracy
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

• Knowledge of in-house products to provide recommendations
• Experience training new employees on store procedures
