Requirements

  • 4+ years in brand partnerships, marketing, events, or client services
  • Experience executing partnerships or sponsorship activations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Deep cultural awareness and creative instincts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand partnership initiatives across the Orchestra portfolio
  • Collaborate with VPs to implement partnership strategies and bring concepts to life
  • Conduct research to identify culturally relevant brands and collaborators
  • Manage day-to-day communication with partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and partnership performance metrics
