💼 About This Role

You'll support and scale Replit's creator and influencer ecosystem, working closely with the Creator Lead to run day-to-day operations of the influencer program. You'll source talent, coordinate partnerships, and help keep the program organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture and how content spreads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and identify creators and influencers aligned with Replit
• Coordinate influencer partnerships end-to-end (briefing, timelines, deliverables)
• Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics across multiple creators
• Maintain internal systems (creator lists, tracking docs, status updates)

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, or social media
• Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, X)
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfortable coordinating externally with creators and internally with teams

• Experience working directly with influencers or managing partnerships
• Familiarity with contracts, rates, and basic negotiation
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
