You'll lead a team of product designers to evolve Ellevation's suite into an integrated ELD platform, reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer. Your core impact is defining unified workflows that drive classroom and district outcomes. This role offers the chance to scale design craft and influence R&D strategy as an equal partner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and mentor a team of product designers
• Define and drive the overall direction of Product Design
• Ensure designers participate in upstream shaping
• Partner with leadership to calibrate performance and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing Product Designers
• Track record of building resilient teams and growing talent
• Clear communicator who articulates design decisions to non-design audiences
• Raises the bar on craft and gives honest feedback
