• Lead change strategy development and stakeholder engagement plans
• Design and execute change management initiatives and communications
• Conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis
• Facilitate roadshow engagements with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Change Management
• Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g. ACMP, PROSCI)
• Experience in transformation projects focusing on legacy system modernisation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Cloud adoption or SaaS adoption methodologies
• Experience in Talent Management or Organization Effectiveness
