Description

You will be the first point of contact for staff incidents and requests in Santiago, providing frontline support via ServiceNow (70%) while contributing to systems and network engineering (30%). You'll help maintain a stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure in a multi-region environment, collaborating with remote teams to deliver reliable services and an excellent employee experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional local language(s) a plus.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (or commitment to achieve within 6 months).
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS; familiarity with Linux desirable.
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and identity services (Active Directory/Entra ID).

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line support for end-user devices, M365/Office, identity access, printers, telephony, and video conferencing.
  • Own tickets end-to-end: triage, diagnose, resolve or escalate, and maintain clear communication and documentation.
  • Provision and deprovision users, build and configure laptops to standard images, and manage software licensing.
  • Maintain asset accuracy, oversee ISO-compliant destruction/disposal of media and hardware.
  • Assist with administration of on-prem and private cloud platforms, Windows/Linux servers, and enterprise networking components.
