You'll join a high-agency team building an AI-native platform for insurance distribution. You'll own architecture decisions across the stack, from Go microservices to React UIs. This role offers a chance to modernize critical infrastructure for a $1T+ industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of Go microservices and React UIs
• Partner cross-functionally to scope and deliver high-impact features
• Own architecture and implementation decisions end-to-end
• Contribute to core infrastructure including observability and permissions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production systems
• Experience with Go programming language
• Experience with React frontend framework
• Proficiency in Postgres and DynamoDB databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD
• Familiarity with Temporal or Dagster workflow engines
• Background in insurance or fintech
