You'll manage a high-volume, end-to-end recruiting process for sales talent at Navan. You'll drive sourcing strategies and ensure a world-class candidate experience. You'll also mentor hiring teams and lead employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for sales roles
  • Source and engage passive candidates using tools
  • Champion candidate experience from initial contact to offer
  • Lead employer branding campaigns and process improvements

  • 3+ years in fast-paced recruiting environments
  • Proven success in building early talent pipelines
  • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse
  • Go-to-market recruitment experience preferred
