You'll oversee equipment and facilities maintenance in Crusoe's manufacturing facility, ensuring reliability and efficiency. You'll build a proactive maintenance culture and directly impact production goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment using hand and power tools.
• Develop and lead implementation of a preventive maintenance system.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and ISO documentation requirements.
• Train personnel on maintenance procedures and manage vendor interactions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Expertise in industrial equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform troubleshooting with a multimeter.
• Must pass a background check and participate in drug/alcohol program.
