💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans to teach communication, daily living, and social skills. You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and support families through parent training. This role offers free advanced training and ongoing supervision in a mission-driven, clinician-led environment.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Medina, OH
• Pass a background check
