💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers to design and deploy DevSecOps and AI platforms. You'll act as both engineer and advisor, translating constraints into scalable architecture patterns.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers to assess platform readiness.
• Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for complex environments.
• Develop reusable technical assets like reference architectures and deployment patterns.
• Build and validate prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or customer-facing architecture roles.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to understand production systems.
• Deep systems design expertise including CI/CD, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, pipeline design, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Ability to create reusable technical frameworks that scale beyond a single engagement.
