🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical advisor for enterprise customers on AI platform.
• Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews.
• Monitor and manage customer deployments for performance.
• Champion customer needs to influence product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in technical account management or consulting.
• Technical breadth in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage executive relationships.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
