• Analyze subscriber funnel to surface actionable insights
• Conduct campaign analysis to inform budget allocation
• Build user segmentation based on behavior and attributes
• Execute hands-on paid social, search, and email campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in business analyst, data analyst, or growth marketing role
• Experience in performance/subscription marketing and startups/media
• Deep comfort using AI tools for data analysis and automation
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or Python
