🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategy for land use and zoning approvals
• Interpret and analyze municipal ordinances affecting operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of land use and zoning experience
• Strong command of local land use and zoning ordinances
• Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
• Pragmatic risk assessment and independent judgment
