💼 About This Role

You'll join the Senior Care Advanced Insights Team to support data, analytics, and AI products for long-term and post-acute care providers. You'll help delivery teams execute on product priorities and ensure seamless data flow for care teams. This role offers growth in a health tech company recognized as a top private cloud firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as voice of customer to scrum team including engineering and UX
• Oversee data-to-insight pipeline: ingestion, cataloguing, model training and deployment
• Work with customers to ensure product-market fit

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or healthcare-related field
• 1-3 years in Product management or related discipline
• Understanding of healthcare data (Quality Programs, Claims, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, BI tools (PowerBI), and Databricks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, Big Data, AI/ML
• Experience in health tech SaaS B2B business
• Experience in Product Life Cycle, Forecasting, Launch planning
