💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of Adaptive Planning platform and drive its evolution into a fully integrated planning solution. Your work will transform FP&A into a data-driven, automated, and scalable function. This role is the critical intersection of Finance and Systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Adaptive Planning platform and drive its expansion.
• Design, build, and maintain core financial models (P&L, workforce planning).
• Lead implementation of automated data flows from NetSuite and HR systems into Adaptive.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards across the planning environment.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Planful.
• Proven experience building complex financial models within planning systems.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial data flows.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and integrating financial data.

• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and/or data teams.
• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
