You'll lead research to define how Articul8 builds, evaluates, and scales domain-specific models for regulated industries. You'll drive the model development lifecycle from data strategy to post-training, using agentic systems to compress exploration cycles. This role offers the chance to shape model strategy across multiple verticals at a Fortune 500-trusted AI platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set company-level technical direction for domain-specific model strategy
• Architect agent-orchestrated research infrastructure
• Lead research on model adaptation and post-training methods
• Define evaluation strategy as an agentic discipline

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MSc in CS, ML, NLP or related field
• 10+ years in AI/ML research with production impact
• Deep experience across full model development lifecycle
• Proficient in Python and PyTorch

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building domain-specialized models
• Hands-on experience with post-training methods (RLHF, DPO)
