💼 About This Role

You'll support guest services and concierge operations in premium spaces at Capital One Arena. You'll ensure a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality experience for premium guests. This role offers exposure to live sports and entertainment events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests in premium and VIP areas.
• Support concierge and front-of-house staff with guest inquiries.
• Assist with room setups, resets, and light staging.
• Help coordinate supplies, materials, and signage.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
