You'll lead validation testing for new ingredients and equipment at Factor_, a HelloFresh brand. Your work directly impacts product quality and commercialization. This role offers a chance to shape food manufacturing processes in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily workload allocation for Ingredient Solutions team
• Plan, execute, and capture data on Recipe Scaling tests
• Develop and execute validation testing of new ingredients and equipment
• Liaise between Operations, Culinary, Procurement and Nutrition teams

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, Biology, or Chemistry
• 1-3+ years in food manufacturing or product development
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
• Experience with basic analytical, pilot and culinary equipment

• Culinary arts background with 3+ years culinary experience
• Experience with sensory evaluations
