💼 About This Role

You'll lead product marketing for Replit Agent, the AI-native software creation platform, shaping how millions of builders discover and adopt new features. You'll own launch strategy, messaging, and enablement across a fast-moving engineering and GTM team. This role offers high impact at a high-growth startup with direct influence on product narrative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product marketing for major feature launches and releases.
• Develop messaging and positioning for developer-first AI coding tools.
• Build sales enablement materials (decks, demos, battlecards).
• Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in product marketing, ideally in app development space.
• 8+ years of total work experience.
• Ability to partner directly with engineers and PMs to simplify technical concepts.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
