💼 About This Role

You'll provide corporate legal counsel and company secretarial support for a technology company. You'll drive special projects like mergers and restructuring. This is a 6-9 month engagement with potential for extension.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
• Provide legal advice to business units on risks and compliance.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels across jurisdictions.
• Convene Board and General meetings, draft minutes and resolutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years post-qualification experience in legal advisory and company secretarial functions.
• ACS/FCS membership of ICSI and Bachelor of Law from recognized Indian university.
• Experience in multinational or global company environment.
• Working knowledge of FEMA regulations and inward/outward remittance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in technology-driven companies.
• Product counselling experience is a plus.
