You'll proactively identify and engage top-tier Talent Acquisition professionals for Anduril's R4R team. Your sourcing will directly impact building world-class recruiting teams. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge defense technology and a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to find passive and active recruiting candidates
• Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective TA professionals
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various recruiting roles
• Partner with R4R recruiters and TA hiring managers to align sourcing strategies
• Analyze sourcing metrics to refine and optimize sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record sourcing for Recruiters and TA professionals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools

• Experience sourcing recruiters for high-growth tech companies or defense industry
• Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, and AI tools
• Self-sufficient with ability to work autonomously
