You will build and activate a global community of developers working on open source AI. Your role involves owning the builder pipeline, organizing events, cultivating partnerships, and surfacing community needs to inform Mozilla's broader AI efforts.

Requirements

• Experience building and activating developer communities
• Knowledge of open-source AI ecosystem
• Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners
• Experience organizing events and hackathons
• Familiarity with online platforms where AI developers gather

Responsibilities

• Own the builder pipeline for open-source AI developers
• Design and run in-person events and hackathons
• Develop partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Engage with developers on GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News
• Surface community needs and feed insights back into Mozilla's work
