Description

You will play a key role in delivering real estate advisory services to institutional investors, sourcing and evaluating fund offerings, conducting due diligence, and supporting client relationships. You'll work as part of a collaborative team leveraging proprietary tools like StepStone Private Intelligence.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• 6+ years real estate private equity, consulting, or capital markets experience
• Experience with commingled fund or SMA due diligence
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; PowerBI desirable

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and track real estate fund offerings
• Perform detailed due diligence on investment managers and fund offerings
• Analyze and write fund summaries and investment committee memos
• Take active role in client deliverables and conversations
• Manage, train, and develop junior team members
