🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mobile org outcomes across delivery, quality, reliability, and technical direction.
• Lead, grow, and retain a high-performing mobile engineering organization.
• Set mobile technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Product and Design.
• Oversee mobile architecture and platform decisions for scalability and security.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing mobile engineering teams, including managers or multiple teams.
• 8+ years hands-on experience building and shipping native mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Experience owning mobile strategy and execution for mission-critical applications.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience with fintech or financial services.
• Familiarity with security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Background in scaling mobile platforms and developer tooling.
