💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and drive sales in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store and cover the sales floor as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store with equipment

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Strong communication and time management skills
